	The bill includes General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of $2,226,612 in fiscal year 2017-18 and $2,968,817 in fiscal year 2018-19 for the department to contract with an entity to adminster the workforce development for legal immigrants program. The bill also includes a reduction to General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of $2,226,612 in fiscal year 2017-18 and $2,968,817 in fiscal year 2018-19 from eliminating state-funded cash benefits, state-funded Temporary Assistance for Needy Families benefits and state-funded Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits to noncitizens who do not meet federal eligibility requirements.
