|
This bill creates
an exemption allowing licensed campgrounds to conduct beano or bingo without
a gaming license as long as the game is exclusively for patrons of the
campground, prizes are less than $25 in value and proceeds from the game are
only used to cover the cost of prizes. Any additional costs to the Department
of Public Safety associated with rulemaking as a result of the provisions of
the bill are expected to be minor and can be absorbed within existing
budgeted resources. |
