|
The bill allows a
nonresident having a valid all-terrain vehicle (ATV) registration from
another US state or Canadian province to operate their ATV in this State,
without obtaining state registration, during an annual 3-day weekend
established by the Commissioner of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife. Any loss of
revenue to the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry and the
Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife is expected to be minor and can
be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
