The bill includes
a one-time General Fund appropriation to the Department of Health and Human
Services of $44,000 in fiscal year 2018-19 for the Office of Information
Technology to deliver the technology updates and testing to change the
marriage license and certificate. The delivery and testing for these changes
will likely be part of the next available release of code, which will not
happen until the first quarter of fiscal year 2019. |
