Fiscal Detail and Notes
The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) will require General Fund appropriations of $3,043,965 in fiscal year 2017-18 and $4,058,620 in fiscal year 2018-19 to increase the payment rates to the 75th percentile of local market rates for payments the department makes on behalf of recipients of benefits under the child care subsidy program.

Additionally, DHHS will require Federal Block Grant Fund allocations of $1,838,992 in fiscal year 2017-18 and $2,451,990 in fiscal year 2018-19 to increase the payment rates to the 75th percentile the department makes on behalf of recipients of benefits under the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Program and the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families - Additional Support for People in Retraining and Employment Program.
