The Judicial
Department will require General Fund appropriations of $310,070 in fiscal
year 2017-18 and $383,204 in fiscal year 2018-19 for an anticipated increase
in criminal cases. The Maine
Commission on Indigent Legal Services will also require General Fund
appropriations of $63,000 in fiscal year 2017-18 and $84,000 in fiscal year
2018-19 for an anticipated increase in indigent legal services related to
these cases. |
