Amend the amendment by inserting after the title the following:

Amend the amendment in section 2 in subsection 1-B in the 4th to 6th lines (page 2, lines 1 to 3 in amendment) by striking out the following: " , using a telephone system that allows a claimant to leave a message or request a return telephone call"

Amend the amendment in section 2 in subsection 1-C in the 2nd and 3rd lines (page 2, lines 7 and 8 in amendment) by striking out the following: " , which allows a claimant to leave a message by telephone or request a return telephone call"

Amend the amendment by striking out all of sections 9 and 10.

Amend the amendment by inserting after section 10 the following:

SUMMARY

This amendment removes the emergency preamble and emergency clause. The amendment also incorporates the provisions of Senate Amendment "A" to Committee Amendment "A."
