Amend the amendment in section 3 by striking out all of paragraph H (page 1, lines 32 to 34 in amendment) and inserting the following:

SUMMARY

This amendment replaces language in Committee Amendment "A" requiring that information submitted to the Department of Public Safety, Emergency Medical Services' Board by an entity be accessible by that entity without charge for a period of 4 years from the date of submission with language requiring that such information be accessible by that entity in accordance with rules adopted by the board that enable compliance with federal and state laws.
