Amend the bill in section 8 in §664 in subsection 1-A in the last line (page 2, line 39 in L.D.) by striking out the following: " 20" and inserting the following: ' 18'
Amend the bill in section 8 in §664 by striking out all of subsection 1-B (page 2, lines 40 to 42 and page 3, lines 1 and 2 in L.D.).
’summary
This amendment retains the provision of the bill that provides for a training wage and provides that a training wage may be paid to an employee who has not attained 18 years of age, rather than 20 years of age as provided in the bill.
