Amend the bill in section 2 in §201-B in the indented paragraph in the 4th and 5th lines (page 1, lines 13 and 14 in L.D.) by striking out the following: " and the transport of water for commercial purposes beyond the boundaries of the municipality"

SUMMARY

This amendment, which is the majority report, strikes the language in the bill authorizing municipal governments to regulate by ordinance the transport of water for commercial purposes.
