Amend the bill in section 1 in subsection 2 in the last 2 lines (page 1, lines 18 and 19 in L.D.) by striking out the underlined sentence and inserting the following: ' For the purposes of this subsection, "registered domestic partner" means an individual registered as a domestic partner under section 2710, subsection 3.'
