SUMMARY

This amendment replaces the bill, which is a concept draft, and provides for a one-time General Fund appropriation of $16,000,000 to establish an endowment to continue the Doctors for Maine's Future Scholarship Program under the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 20-A, section 12103-A.
