Amend the bill in section 1 in subsection 4 in the first paragraph in the first line (page 1, line 4 in L.D.) by striking out the following: " projects" and inserting the following: ' services'
Amend the bill in section 1 in subsection 4 in the first paragraph in the 2nd line (page 1, line 5 in L.D.) by striking out the following: " projects" and inserting the following: ' services'
Amend the bill in section 1 in subsection 4 in the last paragraph in the 2nd line (page 1, line 12 in L.D.) by striking out the following: " projects" and inserting the following: ' services'
Amend the bill in section 1 in subsection 4 in the last paragraph in the 4th and 5th lines (page 1, lines 14 and 15 in L.D.) by striking out the following: " a community paramedicine project" and inserting the following: ' community paramedicine services'
Amend the bill by striking out all of section 2.
summary
This amendment changes the term in the bill "community paramedicine projects" to "community paramedicine services." The amendment strikes the provision of the bill that prohibits the use of state funds for the purposes of the bill.
