Amend the amendment by striking out everything after the title and inserting the following:
Amend the bill in section 1 in §3102 in the first paragraph in the last line (page 1, line 15 in L.D.) by inserting after the following: "calendar year" the following: ' , unless a road association, pursuant to a unanimous vote of each individual property owner who is a member of that road association, votes to change or eliminate the 2% maximum percentage'
’SUMMARY
This amendment strikes the language in Committee Amendment "A" that removes the limitation on an individual owner's share of the cost of repairs to a road association and provides that a road association may, by unanimous vote of each individual property owner who is a member of that road association, change or eliminate the 2% maximum percentage established in the bill.
