Amend the amendment on page 2 by inserting after the 2nd indented paragraph the following:
‘Sec. 2. Transfer funds. The State Controller shall transfer $54,481 by June 30, 2018 and $65,909 by June 30, 2019 from the Medical Use of Marijuana Fund, Other Special Revenue Funds account in the Department of Health and Human Services to the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund.’
Amend the amendment by relettering or renumbering any nonconsecutive Part letter or section number to read consecutively.
