Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

Sec. 1. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.

Community Development Block Grant Program 0587

Initiative: Provides one-time funds to match federal funds that are distributed as grants to local units of government for community projects in areas ranging from infrastructure, housing and downtown revitalization to public facilities and economic development.
