Amend the bill in section 1 in §201 by inserting after the first indented paragraph the following:
When contacted by a member of the Legislature regarding a legislative matter or a constituent matter, a commissioner or director of a state agency or the commissioner's or director's designee shall respond in a cooperative and timely manner.’
