Initiative: Appropriates and allocates funding to reimburse nursing homes for the losses of coinsurance and deductibles for nondual Qualified Medicare Beneficiary program members in skilled nursing beds. This funding was removed under rules adopted by the Department of Health and Human Services as required in Public Law 2013, chapter 368.
