Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.

Initiative: Provides ongoing funding for the continuation of the Homeward Bound program to provide outreach for those eligible for a nursing home level of care to transition to services in the community.
