Legislative Cost/Study
	The general operating expenses of this task force are projected to be $375 in fiscal year 2015-16 and $1,375 in fiscal year 2016-17. The additional costs of providing staffing assistance during the interim can be absorbed utilizing existing budgeted staff resources. The task force is required to seek outside funding to fully fund the task force. If sufficient contributions have not been received within 30 days of the effective date of this resolve, no meetings are authorized and no expenses may be incurred. The Study Commissions - Funding program in the Legislature has Other Special Revenue Funds allocations of $500 in each year of the 2016-2017 biennium. The Legislative Council can authorize the expenditure of any funds contributed and approved for this task force by financial order.
Fiscal Detail and Notes
	Additional costs to the Department of Education associated with the Commissioner or the commissioner's designee serving on the task force can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
