This bill
includes a one-time General Fund appropriation of $400,000 in fiscal year
2016-17 for the Department of Administrative and Financial Services to
compensate Susan Cloutier and members of her family for damages resulting
from the death of her son and husband in a motor vehicle accident. This is in
addtion to to any settlement funds paid or to be paid through the State's
self-insurance fund. |
