|
The bill directs
the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry (ACF) to convey a
deed modification to the Sinclair Sanitary District concerning land that ACF
conveyed to the sanitary district. This deed modification acknowledges the
authority of the Sinclair Sanitary District to lease a portion of the land to
construct, operate, maintain and replace a commercial telecommunications
tower. Any additional costs to ACF are expected to be minor and can be
absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
