	The bill authorizes the Department of Health and Human Services to increase wages for selected positions at state mental health facilities beginning with the pay period closest to July 1, 2016. It provides for the funding of the General Fund costs of the bill from the General Fund Salary Plan program within the Department of Administrative and Financial Services. The cost to the General Fund Salary Plan is estimated to be $944,379 in fiscal year 2016-17.
