Any fines imposed
on a person convicted of theft by deception for creating the impression they
are a veteran or a member of the Armed Forces of the United States or a state
military force will be credited to the Maine Military Family Relief Fund
within the Department of Defense, Veterans and Emergency Management. No
estimate of the amount of these fines has been made. |
