Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The bill adds an Other Special Revenue Funds allocation of $500 to establish the Maine National Guard Postsecondary Fund in the Department of Defense, Veterans and Emergency Management to allow the department to spend any money received into the Fund.
	This amendment will reduce tuition revenue to the University of Maine System, the Maine Community College System and Maine Maritime Academy due to a required tuition waiver for certain participants in the Maine National Guard.  The impact to the individual institutions can not be determined at this time.
