Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The bill includes a General Fund appropriation to the Department of Health and Human Services of $959,722 and an Other Special Revenue Funds allocation of $191,625 in fiscal year 2016-17 to increase the number of geropsychiatric beds by up to 25 beds. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations will also be required for the FMAP match.
