This amendment
eliminates a one-time General Fund appropriation of $2,465,896 in 2016-17 for
the County Jail Operations Fund to meet the funding needs of the State's
county jails and regional jail. As
amended, the bill continues to provide a one-time General Fund appropriation
of $2,465,896 in fiscal year 2015-16. |
