|
Part J of this
amendment includes a General Fund appropriation of $3,004,750 in fiscal year
2016-17 for the services provided under Section 29: Home and Community
Benefits for Members with Intellectual Disabilities or Autistic Disorder.
Part J also includes Federal Expenditures Fund allocations required for the
FMAP match. |

Part K of this
amendment includes a General Fund appropriation of $1,500,817 in fiscal year
2016-17 to amend Department of Health and Human Services rules to provide for
increases in the personal needs allowances of residents in residential care
facilities from $70 to $90 and for residents in nursing facilities from $40
to $50. Part K also includes Federal Expenditures Fund allocations required
for the FMAP match. |

It also reduces
the amount transferred from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to
the Maine Budget Stabilization Fund by $4,505,567 in fiscal year 2015-16 to
pay for the new General Fund appropriations in fiscal year 2016-17. |
