The bill includes
a one-time Federal Expenditures Funds allocation to the Department of
Transportation in fiscal year 2016-17 to conduct a study regarding the
availability of transportation services to veterans. Adequate federal funds exist to complete
this study. |

Additional costs
to the Departments of Defense, Veterans and Emergency Services, Health and Human Services and Labor to
participate in the study can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
