This amendment
removes both the emergency preamble and emergency clause from the bill and
changes the date of the $500,000 General Fund transfer to the Maine Clean
Election Fund from August 1, 2016 to September 1, 2016. There is no net
fiscal impact to this change within the same fiscal year. |
