Change in timing of transfer to Maine Clean Election Fund No net fiscal impact
Fiscal Detail and Notes
	Under current law, $500,000 of the $3,000,000 required to be transferred from the General Fund to the Maine Clean Election Fund (MCEF) on or before January 1, 2017 will be made on or before July 15, 2016. This bill directs $500,000 of the remaining $2,500,000 to be transferred to now be moved on or before August 1, 2016, which is still within the same fiscal year.
