The amendment
removes the General Fund appropriation to the Department of Health and Human
Services of $75,000 in fiscal year 2016-17 for the existing and new
hypodermic apparatus exchange programs certified by the Maine Center for
Disease Control. As no funding is provided for the provisions of the bill,
the impact on other programs and services cannot be determined at this time. |
