This bill
establishes the Maine State Police Drug Interdiction Unit. The Department of Public Safety will
require a General Fund appropriation of $449,040 and a Highway Fund
allocation of $245,608 in fiscal year 2016-17 for 3 State Police Troopers and
one State Police Sergeant, as well as related costs, to run the unit. |
