The bill allows
the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry to transfer
ownership of state-owned snowmobile trail maintenance equipment, snowmobiles,
trail drags and tools to incorporated nonprofit snowmobile clubs in order to
maintain snowmobile trail systems. An assessment of the value of these assets
has not been done at this time. |
