Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This bill includes a one-time Fund for a Healthy Maine allocation of $3,000,000 in fiscal year 2016-17 to the Finance Authority of Maine to create and administer the Maine Harvested Food Products for Residents with Food Insecurity program. The unallocated balance in the Fund for a Healthy Maine is sufficient to cover this additional allocation.
	The Finance Authority of Maine has indicated that it will be able to implement and administer the program within the provisions established in this legislation.
