This bill
includes a Fund for a Healthy Maine allocation of $3,000,000 in fiscal year
2016-17 to the Finance Authority of Maine to create and administer the Maine
Harvested Food Products for Residents with Food Insecurity program. The
unallocated balance in the Fund for a Healthy Maine is sufficient to cover
this additional allocation. |

administer the program within the provisions established in this legislation. |
