The Department of
Health and Human Services has already anticipated using certain budgeted
resources to conduct various rate studies. This bill requires DHHS to
contract with a 3rd-party consultant to conduct a rate study of Chapter 101:
MaineCare Benefits Manual, Section 5, Ambulance Services, which will now
become a higher priority than it would have otherwise. |
