Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment removes the General Fund appropriation to the Department of Health and Human Services of $443,329 in fiscal year 2016-17 and it removes the requirement to increase reimbursement for ambulance services to 70% of the Medicare allowable rate. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations required for the FMAP match are also removed.
