	This bill authorizes a 1% salary increase effective September 1, 2015, a 1% salary increase effective July 1, 2016 and the addition of a new step for fiscal year 2016-17 for certain employees in the Judicial Department.  The General Fund cost is estimated to be $366,446, in fiscal year 2015-16 and $1,442,719 in fiscal year 2016-17 to be funded by transfers from the Salary Plan program within the Department of Administrative and Financial Services.
