Fiscal Detail and Notes
The Department of Health and Human Services will require General Fund appropriations of $788,055 in fiscal year 2015-16 and $1,050,740 in fiscal year 2016-17 to pay 100% of the child care expenses incurred by a foster parent for child care provided at a licensed child care provider selected by the foster parent. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations will also be required for the FMAP match for the federal foster care portion of this funding.
