Any revenue loss
to the Efficiency Maine Trust from reducing the alternative compliance
payments under certain circumstances on competitive electricity providers
satisfying portfolio requirements for new renewable capacity resources is not
expected to be significant. From fiscal year 2013-14 through fiscal year
2015-16 to date only $5,475 has been collected from these payments. |
