Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The bill includes a General Fund appropriation to the Department of Health and Human Services of $93,016 in fiscal year 2015-16 to make required changes to the Automated Client Eligibility System and to the Maine Integrated Health Management Solution. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations will also be required for the administrative match.
	The bill also includes a General Fund appropriation to the Department of Administrative and Financial Services of $20,662 in fiscal year 2015-16 for computer programming costs.
