Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The amendment removes General Fund appropriations of $17,140 and $5,820 in fiscal years 2015-16 and 2016-17, respectively, and Other Special Revenue Funds allocations of $251 in fiscal year 2015-16 for a part-time Planning and Research Assistant position for fiscal year 2015-16 to the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry (ACF) to assist the farm labor link network and communicate and educate constituents.
	As amended, the bill still includes General Fund appropriations to ACF of $25,000 in fiscal year 2015-16 for certain marketing related costs and $17,140 in fiscal year 2016-17 for a part-time Planning and Research Assistant position beginning in fiscal year 2016-17.
