Fiscal Detail
and Notes |

|
|
|
|
The School Finance
and Operations program within the Department of Education will require
General Fund appropriations of $7,850 per year beginning in fiscal year
2015-16 to develop and implement annual competitive skill-oriented school
food service recognition events that emphasize creative and effective use of
local foods. The estimate assumes 3
events being held in different regions of the state with approximately 15
people participating as well as a final recognition event. |
|
The School Finance
and Operations program will also require Federal Expenditures Fund base
allocations of $500 per year beginning in fiscal year 2015-16 to establish a
Local Produce Fund program account that can expend any federal grants
received by the department for the purposes provided in this
legislation. |
