The bill includes
a Federal Block Grant Fund allocation to the Department of Health and Human
Services of $785,630 in fiscal year 2016-17 in the Child Care Development
Fund to increase the maximum rates for child care services to be at least
equal to the 60th percentile of the local market rates, beginning August 1,
