The collection of additional fines may also increase General Fund revenue by minor amounts.
Fiscal Detail and Notes
Any additional costs to the Department of Environmental Protection from disallowing a person to sell certain coal tar sealant products and disallowing the application of a coal tar sealant product on a driveway or parking area are expected to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
