Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment removes all General Fund appropriations in the committee amendment. It adds Other Special Revenue Funds allocations of $500 in fiscal years 2015-16 and 2016-17 to establish the Municipal Gigabit Broadband Network Access Fund. This fund may receive funding through available federal funds, bond proceeds and other available monies from public or private sources. The ConnectME Authority is directed to provide certain grants to the extent that funds are available.
