Fiscal Detail
and Notes |
|

|
|
|
The bill includes
General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of
$519,300 begining in fiscal year 2015-16 to increase the rates in Section 40
of the MaineCare Benefits Manual, Home Health Services, by 30%. Federal
Expenditures Fund allocations are also included in this bill for the FMAP
match.
The above amounts reflect what is already in the bill. A more current
estimate would increase the General Fund appropriation by $132,844 more than
in the bill in fiscal year 2015-16 and by $350,226 more in fiscal year
2016-17. A corresponding increase to the Federal Expenditures Fund
allocations of $223,022 in fiscal year 2015-16 and by $587,964 in fiscal year
2016-17 would also be required. |
