The Department of
Administrative and Financial Services has identified the need for General
Fund appropriations for 3 additional positions for the 2016-2017 biennium to
perform the data collection and review required by this resolve. Since this
resolve does not contain emergency language, its effective date is assumed to
be close to October 1, 2015. With a report deadline of January 4, 2016, any
positions would be limited-period positions or contracted professional
services for a short duration. |
