The bill includes
General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of
$562,912 in fiscal year 2015-16 and $559,950 in fiscal year 2016-17 for up to
40 beds in MaineCare residential care facilities to create greater
availability of adult family care services in the State. Federal Expenditures
Fund allocations are also included in this bill for the FMAP match.
The department may also require an additional General Fund appropriation to
hire a consultant to determine the need for the beds. |
